You will work with UCSF Health—California’s #1 ranking hospital, and have unique access to specialty, tertiary and quaternary care for your patients.
Our primary care model includes:
- 8 (half-day) clinical sessions plus two protected administrative sessions/week
- 1:1 MA/physician support
- No inpatient or weekend clinic hours
- Reasonable, complexity-adjusted, panel-size expectation
- Epic access to needed services through e-Consults and primary/specialty partnerships
- Scribe assigned based on patient volume
- Supportive ramp-up onboarding process
- A number of incentive bonus programs
- After-hours call schedule for telephone coverage only
- UCSF medical student teaching
- Daily commitment to continuous process improvement
- Our doctors' voices are at the table, crafting health policy, EMR redesign and clinical innovation
